About Chronic Pain Hope
Chronic Pain Hope exists to provide hope for those who are living with chronic pain. This is done through education that has been updated with the most recent research on chronic pain and a vast variety of resources that can lead to healing and pain reduction. The sad reality is that millions of people all over the world struggle with chronic pain every day and our healthcare systems have failed to provide us with the correct knowledge and resources that are proven by research to reduce pain. There are organizations and medical professionals that are capable of significantly reducing pain. Yet our healthcare providers are rarely educated on what these resources are and how to point patients in the direction of these resources.
This is why Chronic Pain Hope was created. We have taken on the mission to bridge the gap left by healthcare systems. Here at Chronic Pain Hope, we are rooted in the idea that people who live with chronic pain have the right to be provided with all the education and resources necessary to decrease their pain. The type of education provided should be relevant to the individual’s condition, generalized chronic pain, and pain neuroscience education. The resources provided include organizations that are successfully decreasing pain in individuals, books, podcasts, websites, and more.
Living with chronic pain can be incredibly challenging and confusing. It’s hard to know how to approach pain when your primary doctor runs out of solutions or when the surgeries are not working. Chronic Pain Hope is designed to serve as a guide for where to go next in your healing journey.
All the information provided on this website is supported by research. The healthcare professionals interviewed in the blog portion of the site are considered experts in their fields and they are improving the way our healthcare system deals with pain. A significant portion of the education found on this site comes from peer-reviewed journals found on Pubmed.gov and the Internal Association for the Study of Pain.
Chronic Pain Hope is a growing website. More education and resources are being added every week. In the future, we plan to partner with other chronic pain organizations to create the most effective resources for all people with chronic pain. In a time when there seems to be little hope for a life free from physical suffering, Chronic Pain Hope offers a professional and hopeful guide to a brighter and more informed future for all who live with chronic pain.
